Responsible for operations, Kassandra thrives supporting the team to leverage their unique abilities to the fullest. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in Business Management, Hospitality, and Communications, graduating in the top 10% of FSU's Business School, Summa Cum Laude.

Kassandra began her career with internships in various fields, including real estate, healthcare, and Human Resources. She then worked as a District Manager for Aldi in Florida, where she handled general management, financial management, Human Resources, and operations. Her first experience navigating the remote workplace was as a Business Development and General Management consultant for a niche small business in the Chicago area. She later worked as a talent acquisition consultant in various fields, including oil and gas, healthcare, and finance. Most recently, Kassandra assisted in building a business in the health and wellness space (PWC).

Kassandra has been recognized for her core competencies including communications, operations, human resource management, organization, innovation, and creativity. Kassandra's notable achievements include managing teams as large as 20, business development in B2C and B2B, and executive recruiting experience. She has bootstrapped two separate businesses to over seven figures in revenue.

Kassandra grew up in Reno, Nevada, and is now based in Sarasota, FL. Married to her best friend and a proud dog mom, family is her world. She has a passion for health and wellness, cooking, and adventure.
